Therapist Virtual Assistant in Glasgow, Scotland

Providing Professional Virtual Support to Streamline Your Business

Drowning in Admin?

Get your time back and run a calmer, more organised therapy practice.

I support therapists, psychologists and private practitioners with inbox, diary and day-to-day admin — so you can focus on your clients, not your to-do list.

👉 UK-based | Confidential | Reliable

The Reality

Running a therapy practice comes with more admin than most people expect.

Client emails.

Reschedules.

Diary gaps.

Follow-ups.

Endless small tasks that quietly build up.

Before you know it, you’re spending more time managing your practice than actually working in it.

How I Help

That’s where I come in.

I work as a second pair of hands behind the scenes - helping you stay organised, responsive, and in control without the stress.

Support can include:

✅ Inbox management (client enquiries, responses, follow-ups)

✅ Diary management (appointments, rescheduling, availability)

✅ Client admin support

✅ Social media scheduling (if you use it)

✅ Website updates and small fixes

✅ Google Ads support (if you’re running campaigns)

Simple, practical help — tailored to how you work.

Why Therapists Choose Me

You don’t need another system.

You need someone reliable who understands the importance of discretion and consistency.

✅ UK-based support (no timezone issues)

✅ Calm, organised, professional communication

✅ No overcomplication - just steady, dependable help

I understand that in your line of work, trust matters — both with your clients and behind the scenes.

The Outcome

Imagine:

✅ Opening your inbox and it’s already under control

✅ A diary that actually works for you

✅ Fewer interruptions during your day

✅ More time and energy for your clients

Less admin.

More focus.

A calmer practice.

How It Works

1. Book a quick discovery call

2. We talk through what’s taking up your time

3. I step in and take care of the day-to-day

No pressure. No complicated setup.

About Me

I’m Alan, a Glasgow-based Virtual Assistant with over 20 years’ experience supporting busy professionals.

I’ve worked with senior stakeholders, including as a Personal Assistant to the Director of one of the UK’s largest organisations.

Today, I support therapists and small business owners who want a more organised, manageable way of working.

I intentionally work with only a small number of clients at a time — so you get consistent, reliable support.

A calmer, more organised practice

A therapist I worked with was spending hours each week managing emails, rescheduling appointments, and trying to keep on top of their diary.

It wasn’t just the time — it was the constant interruption.

After stepping in to manage their inbox and diary:

✅ Client enquiries were handled promptly

✅ Appointments were organised and up to date

✅ Fewer gaps and less back-and-forth

✅ More uninterrupted time for client work

The result?

A calmer, more structured working day - without the admin taking over.

Simple, predictable support

Most clients work with me on a simple weekly basis.

Typically from £140 per week for around 4 hours of support

That’s often enough to:

✅ Stay on top of your inbox

✅ Keep your diary organised

✅ Take the pressure off day-to-day admin

If you need more or less, we can adjust — the focus is on giving you consistent, reliable support without overcomplicating things.

If your admin is starting to take over, it might be time for some support.

Book a friendly, no-pressure call and let’s see if I can help.
